Given the limited availability of 27 rooms on the property, we have carefully managed our guest list to ensure everyone's comfort. Invitations have been sent to those we are able to accommodate, and we respectfully ask for adherence to this guest list to maintain a comfortable environment for all attendees.
Note: Due to space limitations, we've arranged for single guests to share rooms. This helps us make the best use of the available accommodations.
We kindly request that our celebration be an Adult-Only occasion. Due to the capacity of the venue and the evening's festivities, we are unable to accommodate children. We hope this advance notice will assist in your planning and we greatly appreciate your understanding.
Due to the accommodation package we arranged for the weekend, the hotel strictly prohibits external guests from attending the celebrations.
In light of the spatial limitations that restricted our ability to extend invitations to all desired guests, we are enforcing these deadlines to ensure adequate time for potentially inviting additional attendees, should room availability present itself.
Your three night stay will include a fresh, local and authentic Mexican Breakfast delivered to your room each morning, as well as meals and spirits during all events. The only excluded meals will be lunch on Saturday, May 4th and dinner on Sunday, May 5th as we encourage friends to venture out and explore the town of Todos Santos or stay back and enjoy the property beachside or chill poolside. We recommend checking out the Green Room Restaurant located on-site, on the beach, for a selection of fresh seafood and signature cocktails.
We recommend that guests fly in no later than 4PM on Friday, May 3rd, 2024 to allow for enough time to get to the hotel and attend the Welcome Party at 6PM.
Once you've confirmed your RSVP via the email that was sent to you directly from Paperless post, we will be sending you an email with instructions on how to book your stay.
Let us know as soon as possible! If you have already made your deposit, unfortunately it is non-refundable. The hotel strictly does not allow for refundable deposits, so please ensure that you are 100% certain that you will be able to make it so that you do not let your money go to waste!
